Screw conveyors

With a wide choice of parts and equipment, our screw conveyors can be constructed to handle many different types of material. Large volumes can be handled, capacities of up to 1,000 m3 per hour. Depending on the type of trough, screw diameters of between 100 and 800 mm are normally available, but other diameters can also be supplied.

Screw conveyors are normally used for granulated and powdered materials, but can also be used for small items up to a certain size. Screw conveyors have a powerful but relatively simple construction, making them reliable and hardwearing. This gives low maintenance costs and low energy consumption. Depending on the type of trough, screw diameters of between 100 and 800 mm are normally available, but other diameters can also be supplied. The conveyors are used either as individual products or as part of a complete system for various types of transportation, discharge, dosing and mixing, and are available in many different designs.
