Turn key delivery of terminal for intake, storing and weighing of flygaska at Cementa´s production facilities, Slite. The project comprises engineering, manufacturing, assembly and test run of equipment designed for the intake of flygaska from ships, storage of flygaska and cement i two storage tanks and dosage of the material into grinders.

The installation includes:

  • – Intake from quay to separator with capacity 250 tonnes/h.
  • – Separator with filter, capacity 18,000 m3/h.
  • – Transportation to storage tanks via Trelleborg Scirocco-tubes and bucket elevator from storage tanks to weighing equipment.
  • – Dosage from weighing equipment to bucket elevator before grinding.
    Dosage station comprises cellfeeder, Corolis weighing equipment and Trelleborg Scirocco-tubes.
  • – Electrical equipment and installation.

Site preparations have taken place during spring 2012.
Assembly will start during autumn 2012 and start up is scheduled to Q2 2013.
