Cement terminal in Oulu harbor. Turnkey delivery.

The project includes engineering, manufacturing, installation and start up for a complete cement terminal.
The terminal handles intake of cement from ships, storing cement in 2 silos and filling bulk trucks with cement.
The terminal operates without personnel. Truck loading is operated by truck drivers.

The installation includes:

  • Transport piping from quay to silos, capacity up to 400 tons/hour.
  • Diverter for transport to two silos. Dedusting equipment.
  • 2 silos 9 000 tons and 5 000 tons cement.
  • Truck loading building.
  • Truck scale. Control equipment for truck loading ordered amount of cement.
  • Transport equipment, capacity 200 tons/hour for dust free truck loading from silos.
    The truck is placed on the truck scale and a screw conveyor with loading spouts is moved to the inlets in the truck tanks.
  • Control equipment for the complete installation. Communication with the client’s business system.
  • Electric equipment and installation.

The project was completed in January 2012.
